The Strategy and Planning Manager will be responsible for the development and oversight of the business’ organisational strategic documents to support the sustainable growth objectives by establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable and quantitative plans. Duties include providing strategic support developing, managing and monitoring planning, analyzing and validation of qualitative and quantitative data, and risk leadership to provide assurance on strategic plans. Manage oversight and development of corporate strategies to support business growth and stability.

Job Requirements: Minimum: Bachelor’s Honours degree in Human and Social Sciences/ Strategic Management, or related field (NQF level 8) A master’s degree in human and social sciences is preferred to address the complexities of the job. Experience: 5 – 7 years in organisational strategy development, with two years of management experience.

  • The successful applicant’s remuneration is negotiable, based on a Total-Cost-to-Company package that is inclusive of retirement fund and medical aid employer contribution.
